I've used it a lot, especially to work with mods and tweak my Shepards' look, but it helps in the case you want to play a new game with a new character as if it was an import all the way from ME1, with all the important choices - including ticking some secondary missions and DLC consequences - at your disposal.įor example, if you didn't get Zaeed, Kasumi, Lair of the Shadow Broker, Bring Down the Sky or Overlord, you'll still be able to unlock the supporting characters that appear only in that DLC for the cameos in ME3. Gibbed lets you do a bunch of things, like change your Shep's appearance, gender, xp, power points, credits, it lets you create a new game from scratch with a bunch of stuff already in it, unlock specific items (weapons, armor, etc), alter your imported choices, assign loyalties (in ME2), unlock characters that haven't joined your team yet (also in ME2 - like getting Legion very early in the game, for example). It's very well made, and the ME3 save editor specifically is really simple to use and understand.
